This chicken tastes strange!

This was found on a menu at a Chinese restaurant on Mass. Ave. in Boston.
Look at #80 and note that it says "Strange Flavored Chicken."
I wasn't brave enough (or willing to spend $7.50) to try it and find out why it is called "Strange Flavored Chicken."
