This MTA "Rebuilding Your Transportation Network" sign was found at a construction site on West 54th Street, between 8th and 9th Avenues.
What is so odd you ask? Why don't you take a closer look.

Unlike other signs of this type, this one gives only a very vauge description of what is being done and its benefits when completed. For all we know this is going to be some health spa for bus drivers or the MTA Board's private indoor golf course.
